1. Q: How does renting the party decoration collections work? A: Renting party decoration collections from DecorMii is easy. Simply browse our website to choose the collection that will best suit your needs. Reserve the collection for your desired dates (including the dates for the pickup through to the return); pay the rental fee, determine if you would like to purchase our design/setup and tear down services. If pickup only, ensure you have adequate transportation to secure and transport the items to your venue. Return the items to our designated location in the same condition you received them. If you purchase our design/setup/tear down services, sit back and relax and let us do the work. NOTE: DecorMii design/setup and tear down services are for the rented collection items only.
2. Q: What delivery and setup options does DecorMii offer?
A: DecorMii offers two options: (1) Customer picks up and drops off the collection at our designated location and utilizes the decorations to design their own event; or (2) For an added fee, DecorMii staff will transport the rented collection(s), set up your event utilizing the rented items, pack up all items at the end of your event.
2. Q: What types of party decoration collections are available for rent? A: DecorMii currently offers three party decoration collections with several premium add-on items for an additional fee. Each collection includes various items such as table centerpieces, votives, candles, candelabras, vases, and other decorative elements.
3. Q: How long can I rent a party decoration collection for? A: Collections are picked up the same day as the event and returned the day after the event. Pickup and return times are specified on the automated scheduler during the checkout process. However, DecorMii also offer extended rental options for longer events. Please contact our office for more information.
4. Q: Do you deliver to my event venue? A: DecorMii does not deliver if the additional design and set-up services are not purchased. All decorations are picked up and returned to the designated location.
5. Q: Can I customize the party decoration collections? A: Each collection has been carefully curated to provide a cohesive and stunning setup for your event. Customers have rented two or more collections to customize their decor requirements.
6. Q: What if I don't need all the items within the collection? A: DecorMii wants to ensure a smooth rental experience and would like to clarify that our decor collections are available as complete sets. Unfortunately, individual items cannot be removed or substituted.
7. Q: How much does it cost to rent a party decoration collection? A: The current cost per collection is $895.00. Note, this price does not inlcude any additional add-on items or services provided by DecorMii. 8. Q: Is there a deposit required when renting party decorations? A: Yes, there is a 25% deposit required on all orders. This deposit is required to cover any potential damage or late return of the rented items. The deposit amount will be refunded to you upon the return of the undamaged decorations minus any additional fees for late returns or cleaning; as applicable.
9. Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my rental order? A: Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your rental order. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 24 hours, the 25% deposit is non-refundable but can be applied towards a future date within 90 days of the cancellation date (pending collection(s) availability). 10. Q: Do I need to clean the decorations before returning them? A: To maintain the quality of the collections, we kindly request that all rented party decor items be returned in the same clean condition they were received. This helps us maintain the quality of our items for other customers as well. All items returned unclean will incur a $100 cleaning fee that will be deducted from the security deposit.
11. Q: Can I rent party decoration collections for outdoor events? A: Yes, our party decoration collections are suitable for outdoor events. However, please ensure that you take necessary precautions to protect the decorations from weather conditions like rain, wind, or extreme heat.
12. Q: What happens if I accidentally damage or lose a rented decoration item? A: The client is responsible for all rented items from the time of pickup to the return. Any items damaged or missing will incur a damage fee. Items that are lost or destroyed (completely unsalvageable) will be billed for a replacement cost. Any damages or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit after the event is over and the items are returned. The fee is determined by DecorMii and the current market value of the items in question. Please ensure that our pieces are always and protected from the weather and other harmful elements. ***There is a 25% refundable security deposit required for all orders. If all items rented are returned and undamaged. There can be additional charges to cover items not returned or if damage exceeds 25%.
